We are looking for two Permanent Part-Time Sales Support (25 Hours) employees.

Locations: 6702 Upland Avenue, Lubbock, TX  

                  1421 Pecos Street Amarillo, TX

Job Description: 

Maintain merchandise standards.
shelf presentation and housekeeping. Keep display items in showroom condition.
Work with Dept. Manager to implement promotional programs; endcaps,
bulkstacks, signing, etc. Assist the Department Manager in completing resets.
Customer Service Centric
Provide Legendary Customer Service by performing the following:
Greet and acknowledge all customers with a smile.
Thank customers as they leave.
Assist customers in the selection of merchandise.
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate installation services, credit programs,maintenance agreements and product protection plans.
Answer department phones and assist customers who have inquires.
Provide support to the Front-End operation in the form of carryouts, product
information, etc.
Ring register if needed.

Improve Productivity
Assist replenishment team in maintaining pricing, in-stock standards, and puttingup merchandise from incoming shipments when no customers are present.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Prepare for physical inventory. Complete assigned paperwork on time.
Assist in the control of markdowns and shrink. Protect company assets.
